Mirroring phone on Sync MyFord Touch

Are you, or do you know anybody, familiar with being able to Mirror a phone on the Sync MyFord Touch system? I am trying to figure this out but not been able to figure out the components needed as of yet. Mine is a 2014 with Navigation.
