Hello, fellow Forders! Just wanted to stop in and introduce myself. I grew up in southern maryland and spent my whole life in Chevys. My dad was and still is 100% into Chevy trucks. While looking to purchase my first pickup, I was actually looking into Ram's, as I'm not a fan of newer GM's looks. Dad was cool with a Ram because he also builds classic mopar muscle cars. I got around to test driving and gave a F-150 a shot. That was all it took to spark my love. Luckily my wife loved the new explorers, so we went to the dealership and picked up both. Here's my 2016 XLT Sport. It's got the 2.7 Ecoboost, 4x4, and the 302a package. I'm head over heels in love with this thing and I'm excited to be a part of this forum!

Congrats! My dad is into chevy as well. When I told him I bought my 16 ford he says you did what?! Lol he was joking (somewhat) and he even admitted to really liking my truck. My gf has a 16 silverado though and he is always saying how hers in nicer and that we better take hers on trips so we don't break down haha.

hahaha that is hilarious!! My dad and I work together. Although, he won't admit he likes my truck, it shows when he says, "let's take yours to lunch!" Lol
