Default New from NC and new to Ford

I traded in my Silverado for my first F150 Lariat (2006) 5.4 SCREW and so far so good. In the first week i had the stock muffler replaced with a 40 series Flowmaster. My 5.4 feels a little sluggish compared to my old chevy so i am looking for suggestions or upgrades.

Welcome to the forum. These 5.4's are severly limited from the factory. They are only putting just over 200hp to the ground. Common places to start are exhaust (wich you have done), Cold Air Intake (K&N, Airaid, AFE, take your pic) and then get a tuner (Edge Evolution, SCT Xcal3). That should waken that beast right up and show what it is really capable of.
