I own 2 Fords, 1 is a 2006 f-150 xlt 4x4 with the 5.4 v-8 / 2 is a 2014 explorer xlt


I haven't done a lot of changes to either vehicle so they are pretty much stock, Lame I know.


The f 150 has the typical, I have come to find out, odometer problem of being blank now, loose connection I have been told. also
The f 150 just started a unique problem, to me anyways. When cold starting the tach and all gauges go left until they bottom out for about 5-10 seconds and then they click and go to normal function. However, when it does this my radio goes off and it resets the clock to default except it holds the preset radio stations? Battery is charged, turns over fast and regular, lights and everything are working fine,alt gauge is showing charging, just above 1/2?


Any ideas...
