Morning all,
I'm a new member to the forums. I recently bought my second F150. It's a 2014 F150 FX4 3.5L EB and I love it. I previously had a 2007 F150 supercrew with the 4.6L V8. My wife and I bought a 29 ft. travel trailer that weighs about 5500 lbs with all of our stuff in it. My old F150 could tow it but there was a fair bit of white knuckling involved.
So far the 3.5L ecoboost has far exceeded my expectation when it comes to power. Holy crap that engine can do work! I fell like it could still do 0-60 in under 10 seconds while towing 5500 lbs. I do plan to find out
I've got the itch to modify it but don't know what I want to to just yet.
