Do a search on tuners and programmers in this forum and you will find what is right for you. I have a gryphon programmer and love it.

New to the forum Been trolling it for a while getting some good information i was curious if this was the correct spot to ask a ?? About an 99 E150 with a 5.4 triton.

This is the intro section, but u can ask your question. I've been searching, and it looks like SCT is the best. But I was looking for personal feedback.

It's SCT, and its a handheld performance tuner that will create a custom tune depending on what you have done to your vehicle. They will put 3 on one handheld for a flat price.

Sweet I Have wondered about those myself I'm pulling a 25 ft 5k boat with a 1300 # trailer and I have the 5.4. Maxed out so any little bit helps.

Yea, seems the best for Ford, I would rather have EFI live tune, but other than going to a dyno, I don't think many do it for mass production for Fords.
