New Member: Patiently waiting to Buy 2016 Ford F-150 XLT
I've spent over a month researching and building a 2015 Ford F-150 XLT, so that I can find the best price among the many dealerships within an hours drive. Oh how they manipulate the online tools. I found out that the dealership reports to True Car the prices and I have watched 1 dealership lower or raise the base price a couple of times in the same month. Now I just have to wait for the 2016 Order Guide and watch the rebates closely to determine the best time to order.

Where do you live?
If you're any where next to a stateline be sure to check that state too.
I saved a tremendous amount of money purchasing my truck out of state. Dealerships were marking them up in CA 10-15K over invoice. I went to AZ and got 1K under invoice!

Doak is spot on !!
Illinois dealers were cutting like $4500 off, so i checked Mo. dealers & some were around $10,000 off.
After hearing my find & intentions, Il dealer came close enough on discount that i bought the truck that was Equipped the way i wanted..
Don't think Ford or Dealers are too anxious to release 2016's as some dealers have over 200 trucks in stock & some are 2014's....
