New member in PA - f150 purchase soon.
Hello board members.
I've been following these forums for some time now. I'm about to purchase a new 2013/2014 FX4. I test drove the 3.5 V6 eco and 5.0 V8 back in 2011. As of now i'm leaning towards the V8; I'll be selling my 2005 Nissan Titan 5.6L which has been pretty good for the past 8 years. I just need a 4 door with more interior room. I won't be towing anything either. The V6 eco was impressive, but I still love the V8 sounds.
Anyways, while i've been searching around lately, I notice that the majority of F150's for sale are the V6 Ecoboosts (used and new). Even at the dealerships they surpass the V8's in stock. Is their a reason for this? Is Ford trying to ween out the V8's? Or are the V6's just that more popular?
thanks

thanks! I found a few 5.0's at various dealerships. Some far and some close. Just debating if I want to get one with a sunroof or not.
