Just wanted to drop in and say Hello!
In March I am flying to AZ to pick up my Dad's F150. He got a new vehicle so he said I could have his old truck.
It is a 1996 Ford 150 Fontana with a 5.8L and 256,000 miles on it. Going to drive it 25 hours back to MN; so we shall see how that goes. He says he wouldn't hesitate to drive it cross country tomorrow if he had to.
The only things that are "wrong" with are the rust, the sending unit in the rear tank doesn't work so I just gotta watch the mileage & it has a small drip of oil. He said about a drip a day; so it is what it is, can't beat free.
