Hello everyone, my name is Clayton and I live in Baton Rouge, LA. I just want say I have just joined but have been a visitor for some time. I own nothing but fords. I currently have a '94 regular cab Flareside which was originally equipped with the bulletproof 4.9L. However, I have converted to '97 EECV 460/E4OD with ported and decked F3TE's, w/ 2.11/1.65, ported intake, 207/213 custom Voodoo (compliments of Scotty @ RHP automotive), Doug Thorley tri-y's w/3" exhaust, '13 explorer cooling fans, adj. FP regulator, etc. Needless to say, I have gathered a lot of useful information here.

Welcome to the forum, lots of coonasses here, my self included. umm you mean 4.6 and not 460 right? Ford hasn't made the 460 since the late 70's or did you manage to mate that old BB to the E4OD?

Hello Rnlcomp, thanks for the welcome. Yes, it's a 460/E4OD which came out of a '93 E350. The PCM, wiring and intake came out of a cali emissions '97 F250 460/E40D with cali emissions. I searched for 2 yrs until I found one! (96 & 97 cali emissions were the only ones to get EECV with MAF) Unfortunately, the last year for the 460.
