Default New Member, Been lurkin a while. Upstate NY come from a true blue oval family

Hello to the F150 forum.

Little about myself:
-My name is Nate Chernewsky
-22 years old
-Everyone in my family owns either a ford truck or suv, grandfathers, uncles, cousins.. except my adopted cousin, bought a tacoma, go figure.
-Previously owned, 99 Ranger XLT 4.0L 239k miles. no major issues
-Currently own 2006 F150 FX4, minor issues. Daily driver.

Work/education History:
-Worked at Dicks automotive machine shop 2003-2008. Built motors for dirt track, oval track, drag cars, and muscle restoration. We only did the motor work, went to the sister shop for the complete build. Mostly early model work.
-Went to HVCC for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration. 2 year degree.
-Currently employed as a mechanical engineer in training. (cad work, duct design, load calculations) its boring but pays well.
-Also a volunteer firefighter of 8 years in the AB shaw fire department.

Hobbies:
-My main hobby is paintball. I play on a few traveling tournament paintball teams. Upstate hate is my team,(www.upstatehatepaintball.com) i also play for NY evil as well as a team named Factory Black. Ive played across the country, From Boston Mass, to Huntington beach California, Galveston texas, to Chicago IL, Last count, i had played in 12 states. Been playing for 11 years. Competitively for 6. I will be in huntington beach california in 8 days for the season opener.

-I make adirondack style furniture, as well as conventional furniture. Gun cabinets, and stuff of the like.

-Hunting and fishing are big parts of my life, since my paintball career has ramped up i dont get to do them as much as i like, but i still get out from time to time.

As far as my current truck goes, It is my daily driver, And i drive about 100 miles a day. Cant do too much to it but still trying to make it look nice. Currently fighting a misfire issue that scares me a bit but ill make it through. If i changed the spark plugs in that beast i think i can handle some coils or injectors.
Currently has:
-Smittybilt GEAR seatcovers
-EDGE CS 2010
-K&N full kit
-20" factory rims
-Goodyear wrangler pro grade silent armor 32"

Plans:
-2.5" rough country leveling kit
-18" black rims
-33" tires
-Tint windows
-Black Saleen grill
-Smittybilt RPD light bar.

If you have any questions please ask them. Im open and have a good knowledge of the columbia and albany county areas. As well as laws regarding Volunteer firefighting use of "blue and white" Lights
also have a good HVAC background in the residential aspect.

Just like to say ive been lurking this forum for a while now, just started to actively post. There is so much information on here. I learn something new every thread.

-Nate
