Hello all... Lifelong Ford man here. Mustangs, Torinos, F150's, Rangers, Explorer, Escape even a Falcon Sprint back in the day. Have owned them all. Never spent a dime on anything without a Blue Oval.

Anyway, just made a deal on a 2012 Lariat Crew Cab with under 20K Miles. Looking forward to getting to know my modern F150. After 10 years in two Ranger XLT's that treated me just fine I decided to move up the ladder a couple rungs. Last F150 I had was an extended cab 2001 XLT with a 4.6. Nice truck but does not compare to the 2012...

Regards, Ed B.

Thanks guys! 1ATony, yes I've had a few nice fords including some real muscle (4 mach ones (351W, 2, 351C's and a 428CJ) and a Torino GT (351W). One Fox body too.

I hope to learn a lot from you guys. Right now I plan on leaving this truck alone for the most part. I am looking into a tune programmer. Any advice in that department would be a appreciated. If it was carburetors and camshafts I would know just what to do... LOL... Oh, by the way; I tow a 5K camper.

Regards,

Ed B.
