Default New (to me) '96 F-150

Hey. I bought a '96 F-150 5.0 4x4 long bed a few days ago. The oil looks like Baileys and one plug looks like it took a swim. Anyway, as soon as I figure out a few things, I will replace the heads and the engine wiring harness.

Once I get the engine running, I want to do a body lift and a suspension lift. A bed liner and some other odds and ends are all I intend to do.

Thanks, Guys. I spent today pulling the top end apart. I spent 3 hours trying to find out what kind of bolt was inside the upper intake. When I finally got to the head bolts, I discovered that I only had metric sockets here! I'll finish the tear down tomorrow.
