I don't have first hand experience but from what I've read they do. It can just take a little time for them to fully seat into the window channel and not cause any issue. There are definitely people in here that run them.

I am going to remove the cap and have the bed sprayed with LineX
I am assuming that it can only be sprayed under the rails, due to the factory plastic bed rails?
What is everyone having done to or with the tailgate on these trucks?.......due to the load assist bar and step?
