New on here from IL Brake rotors

On my front rotors one is good, the other is warped and has grooves on the back. Is it okay to replace just one rotor? If I only replace one what are the effects?

You'll be fine just replacing that one rotor that needs to be replaced. You shouldn't run into any issues as long as they are installed correctly.
