Wouldn't matter what speed he said if there's a sign saying semi's ate required to have chains. It's stupid to be going that fast in those conditions, especially with a loaded semi. And then to try and lie to a cop? Extra stupid as it won't help his case at all.

WOW,
What can I say.
You had an Angel on your shoulder, or, should I say you had an Angel on your shoulder and she got knocked off saving your life..
Sorry to hear about the other person. Life is short enough.
I hope Ford Motor Company gets a photo of your truck and showes it to their employees. They must be doing something right?
You may have used several of your 9 lives in one outing. Like was mentioned above. Your Truck gave it all.

First, I am glad you are alright with no serious injuries. It sounds to me that people were going way to fast for the conditions and not wearing a seatbelt. What the hell were they thinking, i would be so mad if someone took out my new truck. It is appaling that California does not require higher coverage, but there messed priorities generally could explain that, I hate that state can you tell.

Man that was a pretty hard crash! Glad to see that you're okay. Looks like the truck did what it was engineered to do to keep you safe.
