Hi everybody! I have a 95 f150 with a 5.0, 4r70w, and 3:08 rear with 231k miles. Only mod I have done so far is lower is 3" front and 5" rear. Future plans are 5.8 (coming soon), and changing to 3:55. The 5.8 swap is why I'm here, I'd like to change the cam while I have it apart for a refresh. I occasionally use my truck to tow my car to the track. But I would also like to still be quick (I know I'm being picky). My truck has MAF btw. Any help is appreciated!
