Talking New guy in Houston.

Hey everyone. Just bought my first F150 and thought it better to join a good forum to be prepared for the unexpected. (knock on wood) Picked up a pretty sweet truck. It's an 08 with a lot of miles (124,000) but they are all travel/highway miles. It's still tight, smooth and rattle free. Rides and looks like brand new. Not a scratch or ding anywhere on it. And I don't think it's ever been off road. Wish me luck.

Thanks for the welcomes. I've had the truck almost a week now and haven't got to drive her yet. Went and picked her out Sat and had to go to San Antonio on Sunday. My fiancé went and signed all the paperwork and picked her up on Monday. Can't wait to get home.

Welcome.. sounds like you got a really sweet truck. I traded in my old truck this last fall. it was a 2000 with over 200,000 miles on it and still ran great. I towed alot with it and used it off road hunting alot, I really work my trucks hard and they ever let me down. So you should get alot of good years and miles out of your truck.
Good luck!!!
