New FX4 Supercrw Ecoboost, Towed on first Day
Well this is my first ford truck, I have been in Dodge and Chevy Diesels for the past 12 years. So I found a good deal on this truck and Love the truck but on the way home in a hard rain. The RPMs on the truck went to about 6000 while I was doing about 60. The information screen flashed with a picture of a wrench and then the check engine light came on. I got to my dads house and called and told the dealer of the problem. The truck sounded fine and ran fine so they said don't worry about it bring it in Monday. Well after a few stops I got back in the truck and it would not start check engine light would flash and then stay on so tried a few things that Dealer Recommend no luck so it got towed back to dealer tonight Truck had about 60 miles onit when it came on. This stinks.

Thanks, I really do love the truck but dang this sux. Well I got the extended warranty for 100,000. So I should not be out of pocket for a few years. I do realize that the Eco-boost is new so it may have a few bugs to work out . up side is I was getting 71 to 20 on Interstate on way home lol.
