New to F150s, but not Fords
Howdy,
I just bought my first F150, an '07 Supercrew Lariat, to replace the Tacoma Doublecab LB (I know, OT vehicle) that was totaled when a huge tree fell on it. This site was super helpful when I was doing research on trucks, trims, and possible problems, so I wanted to make sure I joined it to learn and hopefully contribute.
This is my first F150, but my dad's always had Ford pickup trucks (Ranchero, and now Ranger), and my uncle and I are into early Ford V-8 (flathead) cars. My "other Ford" is a flathead-powered 1926 Model T roadster hot rod.
Here's my truck. Bought it on a Thursday afternoon and broke it in by camping that weekend. Love it so far, and looking to learn all about it and eventually start modding it.
