Default Disapointed F150 Eco Boost owner

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with the lemon law in Florida. I bought a new F150 Eco boost and have had nothing but problems. It's in the shop with 1,400 miles after stalling passing a car at 70 miles an hour. The Ford dealer says it needs a part that will not be available until after Feb. So I'm stuck with a new FORD truck that sits waiting for parts and a boat that sits waiting for the truck. Don't want to whine, but I had a Toyota Tundra for 200,000 and 14 years pulling a boat for 150k of the 200 and never had a day’s problem. I wanted to do what I felt was right and re-invest in an American (FORD), additionally making sure it was a company that didn't take any of the tax payers $ to keep their doors open... Mistake, it’s sad when people try to the right thing and it blows up in their face. Please let all who care know that Ford F 150 Eco Boost and Ford, if you have issues will not stand behind the product without someone taking legal action.

sheesh! 07 super crew FX 4 i just want to ask a question about what i was told by the dealer re the plug problem. he said must use Ford plugs and boots for tune up, it has 120K miles or the aftermarket plugs will blow or ruin coilpack. could that be?

A lot of people have problems with the eb. If you are lucky enough to get one that doesn't have problems it is a pretty good performer. The 5.0 is a better option and I've heard that some people actually get better gas mileage with it than the eb. However, towing might be a little less enjoyable. The 6.2 might not be bad but I'm sure it drinks gas like crazy. I dont know if you would get any where but maybe ask them to exchange for another truck. I hope you get something worked out. Good luck!

Newbie! In North DFW Metroplex and just got out of an 03' Z71 (293,800 mi), owned since new, and into an EBoost Lariat 4WD SCrew. I'm loving it so far but I'll be relying on many of you for solutions to little niggles over the coming months.
