Default New to F150 forum

Hello to everyone on F150 forum. i am new to this site and glad to be a member of this website. i have a few questions to ask people actually. My name is nathan by the way. and i think my CV axle half shafts are going out or at least one of them. a while back i was going to hunt some rabbits here in nevada and i had my truck in 4wd because there was still a bit of snow on the ground but it was starting to melt and i was climbing up some pretty nice steep hills. as i was climbing one, my tires started to slip and i heard some clunking and grinding coming from the front driveshaft area. it sounded like the teeth on the CV shafts got chewed up a bit or like the nut backed off a bit and it was barely grabbing. has anyone else had problems with this in their F-150?
