New F150 with 2.7
Decided to join forum to learn and share info. My new 2015 F150 XL Supercab has the 2.7, 3.31, E-lock axle, 36 gal. tank, tow package, backup camera, and sync. This is my third F-150, just traded in a 2013 Reg Cab 3.7, first F150 was a 2004. Less than a thousand miles and getting over 26 mpg on the highway. I will be towing a 5000 lb travel trailer curious to see the mileage towing, got up to 13 mpg with the 3.7 2013

Will do, last nite read long thread on the 2.7 mpg on this forum and some were getting not so good mpg. I usually drive pretty mild, my 2013 3.7 got 23 highway if I took it easy in good conditions, did not expect the 2.7 to do this well without some more break in miles
