Default New from AZ

HI. names trevor and im 18. Im from AZ. I dont own a f150 but my dad does. The reason i joined is cause im buildin his truck up for him. its a 2004 Heritage ext. cab STX with that midnight blue color. I have a ranger mini truck. But so far the stx has 2" shackles and a steel roll pan. Plan on getting lightning wheels and doing a 4/6 drop. roll pan is being painted. I have alot of quetions about f150's so i hope i can get answers here. thanks.

Gibson is really quite, it even said it's on scale of 1-10, 0 being stock it's a 1. It sounds stock unless your under load. When towing it sounds wicked. I'd go with Flowmaster or Magnaflow if you want sound. I gained 3mpg with my exhaust though, and when you step on it, you can hear it so it's all good.

By anychance you know a guy named Ryan W? He's into Mini trucks, think he has a black S10, he's got a big crew. All kinds of trucks.

Well, I got the Gibson Swept side exhaust. Said it was made for towing. So that's why I got it. The other exhausts they have are suppose to have a good rumble to them at idle unlike mine. As I mentioned before, mine was a 1 on a scale of 1-10 of sound above stock at idle. They have some that show 4-5. But 1 was NOT made for towing at it was the sport truck exhaust, another said it wasn't made for towing because gases built up and could cause problems. Never heard of it, but that's what it said.

Ya he has a club of his own I believe. I beleive he lives out in Ahwatukee. Went to school with him, he had a Mustang 5.0 but traded it for the mini. My buddy is best friends with him, the crew is pretty wideout. Anything with a motor pretty much. Minis, fast trucks, lifted trucks, dirtbikes, prerunners. Partying and girls..
