Question My trucks running lean on both banks. Any suggestions?

After I found out my truck was running lean i checked the fuel pressure and it was a little low. So therefore i changed the fuel filter and fuel pump. This didn't fix the problem. While driving, the truck will run fine at first and then it will start to loose power and it will cut out when you try to accelerate. When it is running poorly i canno go into over drive because it will cut out too much and my max speed is 40 mph. However...if the truck is running poorly i can simply shut the truck off and and then it will run fine again for awhile before it starts running bad again. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are the bolts broke to you exhaust manifolds and to the H pipe?

i would suspect a vacuum leak somewhere. possibly intake gasket or vacuum line.
