My first truck was an F150
Hello from Huntsville, Texas! I'm 20 years old (I'm young I know haha). My first vehicle was a 2002 F150 XL. It is still my daily driver today. It is an extended cab 2wd with the 4.2L v6 and automatic transmission. I have put a lot of work into it. I painted a good portion of it after I sideswiped a light pole (long story) and put a dent in the driver side. But a little bondo and some primer and paint, and it looks good as new in my eyes. I also painted the front bumper and the outside of the grille as well as the rear bumper. I plastidipped the wheels and the inside of the front grille. I put black and white stickers on the emblems. The toolbox is flat black from Tractor Supply. I am running a Cobra 19 CB radio mounted under the dash with a magnet antenna on the roof. I also have the PA hooked up and mounted behind the grille, and the speaker is also plastidipped black. I upgraded the tires to Hancook A/Ts. They are P265/70R/16. Slightly larger than the stock P235s. I am running a Kicker 10" sub under the back seat with a Sony Xplode 500W amp under the driver seat. I replaced the headlights with standard F150 headlights. I also replaced the front valance under the bumper, but it already has a dent in it. I blew the airbags being a dumb teenager, so I had to replace them and the seat belts. I rolled some Hercu-liner in the bed, but the sun has peeled most of it up. I'm sure I'm leaving some stuff out. I've been trying to keep it somewhat stock but with a little personal touch. Overall it's been a great truck. It has 194,xxx miles and still running strong. Even after everything I've put it through, it still runs today.
