Default Motor mounts.

Hey all...brand new to the site. Purchased a 96 F150 XL on 7/1/2008. Need to replace motor mounts. Can someone supply or either point me in the right directions for installation instructions? Shouldn't be too difficult a job, just need to know where to place jack to lift engine and what fasteners need to be loosened.

I appreciate any advise...

Thanks.

Welcome to the site! Haynes or Chiltons are good manuals. I prefer Haynes.

Been using a 4 X 4 appx. 6 inches long placed under crankshaft pulley and regular floor jack. Remember to watch for clearance between fan and shroud, sometimes shroud need to be loosened so it can float.
