Thanks for the hospitality. Only been a couple days and driving a smaller gasser is quite pleasurable. Not sure I could go back to oil. Already looking for a short list of mods.

Been awhile since I updated but here's what's been going on.
Ordered some new badges off ebay as I've never really been thrilled with the ones that come on it. Also ordered the "carbon fiber" inserts to spice it up. Didn't have time to get them on until this weekend. I think they turned out pretty good.
One word of warning to those considering taking off the stock badges. On the passenger side the adhesive peeled off, but some so did some of the paint. There are (2) smaller and (1) larger sized hole (stock) and apparently moisture got between the primer and top coat from behind the badge. I was able to break off the peeling before it got outside the badge area and hit it with some touch up paint. I may end up getting that area professionally done soon.

Also, the updated badges have posts on the back which line right up with the holes from the original badge.
I had another post on here regarding what I thought was tranny slippage. Turned out to be either bad plug or bad coil, or both. Replaced all plugs and ordered Accel coils from Summit. Problem solved.
Rear pinion seal is starting to leak but will get to that soon.
Got side windows tinted (lightly) and I like the look. Just trying to keep it clean. Seem like I'm washing it every other day. Planning on some more "comfy" rubber in the fall. Like the look of the BFG's but they ride like shopping cart wheels.
Almost forgot. Ordered up the Flowmaster single exhaust from Summit too. Really like the sound. Barks when you get on it but barely noticeable at cruising speeds. Would recommend.

Good looking truck, I like where you're headed on the build!
A bit delayed, but...
Welcome to our dysfunctional little family. That's me in the middle, you're gonna fit right in.
