Default Howdy from KANSAS!

I just bought my very first brand new truck!! 2014 tux black f150 5.0 4x4 screw.

I am having a 6" lift installed next week, blacked out windows, new black wheels and tires, and fender flares.

My BIG question is:

I can't decide on which flares... I ordered the Bushwacker pocket style, in LARGE (2.38)

I'd love some opinions on the 1.75 inch vs the 2.38 and how they look... Pictures would be even BETTER!

Thank you all so much!

Will post picts next week when she's done!

This is JUST my opinion, but I like the smooth flares painted body color, kinda makes them "part" of the truck if you know what I mean.

I used to be all into the lifted trucks, locker rears and 44" mudders, but since I am now an old man, at least that is what they tell me, this latest truck is a RWD 5.0 and will (at some point) get dropped, and bigger tires/wheels.

As far as how it will look just do a search on some of the threads here for pics, lots to choose from.

Good luck with it, Kat.

thanks KS Transit....

I have seen every pict on the innerwebz, and almost NO ONE states if they are the 1.75 or the 2.38 :P

Oh well, I guess I will find out!

Thanks again for your input.

These are all the 1.75, personally, unless you NEED them to cover the tires I don't care for the real wide ones, but again, JMHO. The Bushwacker site has quite a few pics, in case you haven't seen them.

Welcome to the forum. Post some picture when you get a chance. And if you're going mod heavy out the gate, you should do a build thread. Good luck.
