How to keep front passenger window from opening.

Default How to keep front passenger window from opening.

Can't seem to lock the front passenger side window so my kids can not open it.
The driver side switch will lock the others but not passenger side.
Any suggestions.. 2013 super crew lariet

Pull the plug off the switch or break the power wire to the switch and install another in line switch on the driver's side.

You could probably tie it in to the wires for the back doors, so it works with the existing child safety switch.

The reason there is no child safety switch controlling the front passengers window is because the law says kids aren't supposed to ride in front seat of any vehicle until they are at least 4 ft. tall and 70 to 80 pounds. This usually means the child is 10+ years old. This law varies state to state but not by much. Even when they meet this criteria air bags should be disabled with the key.
