Here is the deal. We bought an 04 f150 5.4 liter triton. It has 143000 miles on it. After a day we heard a strange knock upon start up. Took apart the front of the engine and found the guide was broke. We replaced EVERYTHING. Guides,phasers,chains,tentioners, gaskets and so on. It wasnt scored so didnt repace the pistons. Sounded great. Now 2 weeks later it sounds like its knocking again. Im lost on what to do please help.
