Hello from Ohio
Hey everyone, n00b to the forum, but not new to automotive forums.
I just picked up a 2003 F150 XLT FX4 4x4 Regular cab 8ft bed with the 5.4L Triton V8. 126K miles, silver with blue/gray interior. I've had it about a month and have put about 700 miles on it. I bought it because I have some home renovations planned in the coming years(actually just completed a rehab of the kids playroom) and having a truck makes life so much easier. I CAN put 8ft lumber in my Saab station wagon, but I'd rather not.
This is my second Ford. I previously had a 2003 E250 cargo van that I used while I was a self employed independent courier. It was kind of an oddball work van. Metallic silver, Outlaw wheels, chrome package, cloth interior, tilt, cruise, power tinted windows. And a rubber floor. The last mini-recession within the recession put me out of business and I sold it. I still see it driving around every now and then.
I'm looking forward to putting many miles on my F150.
I know the rules. Pictures.
The first pictures were taken right after I got it home. I had the Good Years mounted last week.
