Hello everyone i'm new.
I tried changing my profile picture I guess file size was too big any help? Im not very experienced on forums so I still have some learning to do. 
I hope i'm not breaking the rules by posting here if so someone please tell me!

welcome to the forum... don't quote me but I think avatar size needs to be 100x100 size, or under a certain KB... check it out..says right on the avatar page you might have to resize the picture?
Edit...just looked and this is what it says
if ya still have an issue, pm me the picture and I resize it and send it back
