Default Hello everybody, an old newbie here!

Hi eveyone, I just found this site & it looked very interesting so I figured I better join in the fun.

Name is Walt...I'm just about to reach my 65th B-day in June. Live in Grants Pass Oregon & love it! Perfect habitat for a Red 2002 F150 4x4 Sport..

The 4x4 loves to take me Steelhead & Salmon fishing on the Rogue River, as well as get around effortlessly when it snows...I am glad to report this truck just clicked over the 100K mile mark & I am still waiting to find the first flaw in it! LOL, no warranty claims or breakdowns ever...darned unreliable American Iron! (hehe..., take that toyota)

My other big passion is Mustangs, & Roush Mustangs in particular...I can't afford one of those.. so I started a project to build my own clone of a Roush 360R model Mustang based on my son's old white 94GT...hey it keeps me out of trouble & I am having fun!

Is it ok to post a couple pics of my truck?? (Photobucket hosted of course)

Looking forward to getting aquainted with you all...

edit: Since I hear no objections yet here are a couple pics of my truck...looking good at 100K!

Not sure about ****...these are made by the OEM manufacturer for the F250's telescoping mirrors... I love them! I can safely tow now & they are great visibility in any situation. A bit pricey...$550 installed, but they are worth it. All electric & heated too, I didn't add the amber turn lights...next time.
