Default head gasket
I've got a 91 F150 w/5.8FI. Its got an oil leak on the right side. how much can I expect to pay to have the head gasket replaced

I'd say around $1200-$1800 if you take it to a shop.

are you sure it's the head gasket and not the valve cover gasket?

Thats what I am wondering. Head gaskets are not prone to leaking on those motors.
