Yep, another newbie here. I'm about a month out from delivery of a new 2015 F150 Platinum. Mine is a dyed-in-the-wool BMW household, but about 5 years ago I sold my 540i and got a Chevy Avalanche LTZ and have really enjoyed having a truck. The Avalanche has been my winter/rain vehicle (during nice weather I drive a 335i convertible), and although it's been a pretty good vehicle, even at only 30,000 miles it's already starting to feel kind of tired. I'm also seeing the first signs of rust around the inside lip on the bottom of the doors - REALLY? Oh well. Ever since getting the Avalanche I've been second guessing myself about whether I should have gotten an F150 instead. Well, now I'm testing that theory for real.
