Default Got a new F150 and saying hello

Hello to all,
I've been lurking for a couple of days and thought I would introduce myself and my new '07 XLT Screw.

I traded my '04 Yellow regulat cab STX for it. I couldn't pass up the 0% interest.

Now I need a few goodies.

Hey welcome aboard, I've seen you on another forum. I like that grill. What plans do you have for your truck?

Howdy back to all of you.

NGM, I got a white '07 XLT Screw. I didn't match the '04 STX but it does match my '06 GL1800 Gold Wing.

I was on other F150 message boards when I bought my Yellow '04 STX. I was excited like everyone else with a newly design Ford truck. My STX had a 4.6 and got very good fuel mileage and stayed pretty much stock except for the paint, A.R.E. bed cover, Line-X spray-in liner and the F4X instrument cluster I installed in it.

I would still be driving the '04 if it weren't for the o% interest and the offer to buy a new '07 XLT Screw for just a few $$$ more per month.

I don't plan many if any mods. I have alway believed in what is know as the K.I.S.S. theroy. I like to leave them as near to stock. Maybe a few cosmetic upgrades but that's about it. I've got an A.R.E. bed cover on order for the '07 and a set of Weathertech floor liners. I would like to add a factory front bumper with fog lights but I just recently found out that the the stock wire harness I have does not have plug-ins for it.

I found out many years ago, the less you start changing and making significant modification on a vehicle the less problem you will have. Besides, when you go to trade, the dealers won't give you anything for all of the extras.
