Just did a boosted launch in 4Hi and the rear locked to see what it'd do. I had my crappy "car performance app" going on my phone. All I have to say is WOW! Threw me back in the seat and pulled hard all the way till I ran out of road Although it only did the quarter in 14.98 @90.71. but then again it is a crappy phone app. (private road, no laws broken)

Ordered a SCT from MPT and a MRBP cat-back from amazon as soon as I got home.

Tested out the Livewire and MBRP 3".

I was worried that the exhaust would be LOUD like a civic fart can, it sounds good. Only a little louder than stock. I didn't have the truck in stock fashion long enough to calibrate my butt dyno, so I cant say if it picked up any power from the exhaust.

The SCT feels good (only had the 87 tune on so far). Shift are more solid, especially downshifting when you hammer it. Mileage seems to have improved. ( only put about 100 miles on so far though). I like being able to monitor everything at the touch of a screen.

I was pleased to find out that the stock exhaust will come out in one piece (In case I hated the MBRP) with only simple tools at floor jack height.

Rsk, thanks. It wasn't about the budget. I just wanted something else. It was just too much for a daily driver. I was tired of not be able to go through drive throughs and the EcoBoost is faster. (I think)

could be, those 6 speeds don't like to shift quickly. I'm doing some light reading and it looks as if no one has broken into the the 11's with an eco boost yet, good thing i'm still a year or two out before I get one. I don't want one unless it can make 450-500whp relatively easily. my 6.4 is around 525 with a street tune, almost no smoke, stock trans, no intake, no head studs, tune and dpf delete. it should run low 13's high 12's. either way its a 30 mins away from running 12's for sure just swap in a race tune and they dyno anywhere from 550-600 tune only and run mid 12's if everything is healthy.
