Nice truck. It does look like it has atleast a leveling kit on it but if you say air bags thats pretty cool too if it is done right. I'd say if it sounds good and you live where they don't inspect that then why not. Welcome from a fellow newbie.

When I got my F150,I got it stock,Just the basic suspension system.Leaf springs in the back,coilsprings/shocks in the front.Someone that had your truck before u did some work on it obviously.
My truck has a muffler,guess your truck is noisy?Take it easy..Pete

Welcome to the Ford community! I had my exhaust done on my 05' STX 4.6 and I had them take the mufflers out. I am just running one cat. converter and straight pipes. I love the sound of it especially cruising around town. Def. gets people to turn and look. The exhaust is all up to you and how you want it to sound. Mine is a little noisy out on the high way but if your not going very far or don't care then it's awesome. Good luck with the truck!

The airbags on the rear are for added load capability and/or ride stability.
