extended warranty
hello all, just bought a new 2009 F150 XLT 4.6L truck and wanted to know if anybody had any pros or cons with an extended warranty insurance plan? Ford gives me 3 years "bumper-to-bumper" and an additional 2 years warranty on the "powertrain", should I buy additional "bumper-to-bumper insurance? considering all of the electronics onboard todays' truck and shop labour costs, what do you think???

Welcome to the forum! The extended warrranty plans are a good idea for many reasons IMO. Just make sure that it is a FordMoCo plan, not one of those other (cheaper plans) that some of the dealerships try to offer.
