Detroit Screw!

Hey guys! I'm getting my first Ford truck Saturday, boy am I excited! I'm a diehard for guy. Ive owned ford all my life, even though I'm only 21. haha
Please give me some mod ideas for my 2003 Screw. Thank you!!!
