Default CRUISE/SET Display

Installed a Dakota Digital custom instrument cluster in my F150 SuperCab. Works great but DD includes a CRUISE/SET display capability. Unfortunately 93s do not have such a display. Any ideas about an electrical lead that could be tapped into to drive the display in the DD cluster?

Their answer: Ask Ford. To be fair, DD did their part. The cluster has the display and the instructions are clear on the wiring. The problem is finding aa lead from the F150 for a constant on for the CRUISE indicator and a separate lead for the SET display. The wires from the steering wheel buttons could be used but they only deliver a momentary blip to the cruise control module. The module then has a mechanical (not electrical) connection to actuate the cruise control process. Ford didn't see fit to provide a display or a display connection until a few years later. I'm racking my brain to figure out some way to get a signal from the module for connection to the cluster display input. If I could figure that out, the steering wheel controls could toggle the displays on and off. I'm getting a headache!
