Carrier bearing
Hello everyone, Im new to this and I have a 2003 F150 Harley Davidson. I came across this site cause my carrier bearing went out, and Im finding out that you cannot just buy the bearing its self, you have to buy the whole drive shaft witch I think i very lowball of Ford. Why turn a 100 dollar part into an 800 dollar part!?!? Its a total waste, my driveshaft is perfectly fine, I just need the bearing!

Welcome to F150forum.com .. Lots of good guys and info here... Be sure to post up some pics 
I have heard of some people having to replace the driveshaft.. I would be hell bent to find another way.... If it were me i would take it to a driveline shop... that can build custom driveshafts

Not sure - but I thought the 2003 models still had a replaceable carrier bearing - just nobody had them..If it has a bolt-on end yoke near the carrier bearing = they are available now for the "harley" versions.
if there is no bolt-on end yoke near the carrier = then your out of luck..Theres a place in Fort Wayne, IN. that currently has some good options for the 2004-2008 f150 models.
