Bigger Tires What Should I Do
I have a 2008 Lariat F-150 2WD with stock 18" rims, and I want to put some 35" preferably or 33" Mud Terrain tires on. I would love to know how much lift or leveling kit(i dont know much about trucks) I would need to fit them on my truck. Plz post pics and plz tell me ur opinions...I have a small commute daily and I would love to have my truck looking very aggressive...any advice from all ppl would be greatly appreciated!!! I will post pics soon....i hope!!!

I am kind of in the same boat as you, as far as 2WD and wanting something "aggressive"... from what Ive read/researched, dosnt look like 35's are gonna work out for you unless you want to lift it up (most likely 6"). 33"s can be run with a simple leveling kit... Are you planning on running stock rims or going aftermarket?

well i am planning on running my stock rims, but i might go down to some custom 17" rims for a cheaper tire, and also for more rubber, which looks nice...... but i do have a friend who runs 35's BFG KM2 MTs on his stock 07 f150 with a 2.5" leveling kit...but i have also heard a lot of ppl say that u should have a 6" lift if u want to run 35's...should i get a leveling kit, or just a lift? and can u run a level with a lift?(i know that prob sounds dumb but im learning) what type of lift kit would you buy?

Welcome from SoCal. Try looking under the aftermarket section of this forum. Many guys have very different opinions on what lift to use and how much to lift it. I'll only say be prepared to spend some cash and have a truck that looks and rides differently. Good luck!

Just search the forum like he said... There's tons. I would lift if you really want 35"s. With just a level it's going to look REALLY stuffed and will most likely run some. Just check out the forum like Marc said and maybe consult your local tire shop of 4x4 shop...
