Default Army Vet and G'dam it I love my truck

Evening All,

Jordan Here. New to the forum, and brand new owner of my first ever Ford F150. Used to drive an Expedition as I was a youth football coach and needed to transport upwards of 10 padded out boys to and from games, but since I moved and no longer coach tackle, I don't need the space, and have treated myself to my dream ride. This is my first ever new vehicle, and I've still got a stiffie although I've had it for almost a year now. I spend my time split between the Bahamas where i have a marina and resort, and New Smyrna Beach which is a small surfing town on the east coast of Florida. I'm excited to become an active member of this forum, as I don't know much about trucks, but have big *** plans for my ride. I have just over 4,000 miles on her, and since I'll be spending more time back here in the States I decided this week to have some fun, spend some money and trick her out a little. I picked her up from the shop today, and now she looks a little different to how I dropped her off on Tuesday.

- 6' Pro Comp lift
- Wheelpros.com XD 800 20'x9'
- Nitto Trail Grapplers
- Westin Ultimate Bull Bar
- 5' KC Apollo Pro light set

Basically, I've tried to recreate the F50 Black Ops limited edition model put out by Tuscany, minus the strange looking hood and the black ops badges in the leather. I think I've done a pretty good job but once I post more pictures you can decide for yourselves. Next phase is to trick her out performance wise, although truth be told I have no idea what I'm doing. I figure I need an aftermarket cool air intake, a programmer, and a new exhaust. Past that, I'm clueless. I'd like to think that as time goes by I'll learn from spending time here. Eventually, I'd like to do enough to her so I can enter her into some shows, although that's a long way off. Anyhow that's me. Shoot me a message to say hi or just post here on the forum. Any suggestions as to the next steps I should take in order to get her show ready would be greatly appreciated. Thank and I look forward to chatting with many of you!

- J

Army vet myself, welcome aboard. Personally if you want serious performance skip the intake and programed and do a supercharger. Procharger, roush, edelbrock are all great kits that come with tuning. It's a bit more spendy up front but a lot more end game power. You didn't mention a year or engine for your truck so I'm assuming 5.0 here.
