Another newbie here but not to Ford
Just bought my second F150, first was a 2004 5.0 Lariat. Just bought my new 2016 to pull a new Coachmen Freedom Express trailer we have on order. My wife and I are excited about the new combo! Been driving Fords my whole life, right now also have a 1957 TBird, 1970 Mach 1, 1969 Shelby GT500 and 2008 Shelby GT500. Love them all!

Welcome! I take it you mean your 2004 had the 5.4? Not 5.0?
