Air lift vs suspension

Air lift vs suspension
I am looking into lifting my truck. I have a 3 inch leveling kit now and I was looking into a 6 inch lift then I saw the air lift. I don't know much about the air but it is cheaper. Anyone know anything about the air lift pros and cons.

I think you're asking about the AirLift brand bags used for lifting the rear end back to normal when towing or getting groceries? I have them on mine, and used them when I had a 1" lift in the front. Since, I went with a 2" lift, and a 3" block in the rear, I wanted to maintain the factory rake, I don't use them on a daily basis anymore.
The bags worked out pretty well, but you need to maintain the air pressure in them. They very slightly stiffen the ride a bit, but do work very well when you hook a trailer. BTW, I can't stand to see the rear sag with a minimal load, like 300# +/- trailer tongue weight, the bags take that out.
I don't know how level you want your truck, but I don't think the bags I'm talking about will lift it 6", if that's what you're asking.
