Hey I ran a compression test on my truck and all eight cylinders had 60 psi and I everything I read should of Been at least 120? So I just wonder if my engine is strong?

Doesn't sound like it. Could be something as simple as old gaskets needing replaced or as bad as the whole motor needs replaced. Best thing to do is rent a bore scope from an auto parts store and look into the cylinders before you do anything else. That way you can see if there's a bunch of carbon built up.

Does this truck run? Were you having problems that led you to testing compression?

What tester did you use? Was it tight with the crush gasket? That sounds really low for them all being the same.

There's a couple threads in the maintenance section describing how to do a leak down test. Might be something to look into. Does it smoke a lot on start up or normal driving conditions?
