Default 4X4 Beginner

Just bought my first Ford F150 4X4. Its a 1989 Custom, with an origional 300, 4.9 inline 6 cyl. manual. I want to restore to semi show quality. My girls are just glad Pop get to take them in the mud. All and any advise on my truck will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Trav.

I was a meat cutter for Lowes foods when I branded the Name "Meatman". Now I am just a warehouse foreman for Rheem Heating Parts Warehouse. The name just stuck as a good sign on for just about everything.

Welcome to the site! Lots of good info here.

Just for a head-start - consider lmctruck.com and rockauto.com for any resto parts you may need - my recent experience with rockauto was good.
