Default 2001 overdrive transmission issues

I have a 2001 automatic with overdrive that will shift from 1st to 2nd, and then from that point, shifts into neutral and won't go any higher. It is also blowing the 5amp fuse for the Auto Lamp, Overdrive transmission control switch, central security module. Is there a relay gone bad somewhere?? Help! I just had shoulder sugery, and am somewhat limited on what I can check/repair myself.

I was wondering if you resolved your problem? I have a 2001 that is blowing that fuse as well. My tranny seems to be working, although I can't tell about the OD. Where is the Auto Trans switch?
Thanks for the information.
